Your contacts can access the advocate or affiliate portal hosted by ReferralCandy. The advocate portal is linked to referral campaigns, while the affiliate portal is linked to affiliate campaigns.
The affiliate portal is part of the AffiliatePlus (Beta), which is a paid add-on. Visit the signup page in the ReferralCandy web app or Shopify app to subscribe for the early beta access.
How does the portal work?
If a customer is enrolled as an advocate, they can access the share and rewards pages by entering the email address they used when they registered for your campaign.
If the customer is not yet enrolled as an advocate and it's their first time using the portal, they may sign up using to check if they're eligible to enroll via your join page URL or signup widgets.

If you'd like to disable signups and have your referral program run exclusively for customers only or hand-picked affiliates, contact us to have signups disabled.
The portal URL
Each campaign in your ReferralCandy account has its own portal link. To find your campaign's advocate portal URL:
From the ReferralCandy dashboard, go to Campaigns > Select a campaign > Emails & Pages. Copy the URL until
/refr.ccnext to Promote your referral program.From your Shopify admin, go to Campaigns > Select a campaign. In the Get started section, click Campaign details. Copy the URL until
/refr.ccnext to Join page link.

Join page
Visitors, even those not yet enrolled in your referral program, can sign up through the join page using their email address. Once registered, they gain access to the share page.
Add the embedded signup widget (non-Shopify) or the join block (Shopify) to your store site to make it easy for website visitors to enroll in the campaign and refer friends.
Share page
Advocates and affiliates can enter their email address to access their personal share page. From here, they can share their referral link using social media sharing buttons or copy it for manual sharing.
Rewards page
Advocates can go to their rewards page by clicking Your Rewards at the top of the page. This is where they can view all the rewards they earned. Learn more
Affiliate rewards page 
If you enabled the AffiliatePlus (Beta) add-on, your affiliates have access to insights and reports about their referral performance. The following are the tabs available on the rewards page of the affiliate portal.
Dashboard - Contains the affiliate's referral details and reports, such as:
Clicks - The number of referral link clinks
Sales - The number of referred purchases made by the affiliate
Rewards earned - Total amount of commissions generated from referrals, including pending cash rewards
Payments - Contains information about the affiliate's commissions, if at least one of your reward tiers is set to cash:
Paid cash rewards - Total cash reward received by the affiliate via PayPal
Pending cash rewards - Total cash reward being processed for payout
Other rewards - Contains a list of reward types given to the affiliate other than cash, such as the coupon code or custom reward.
