To view and track your existing rewards, log into the advocate join page and access your rewards page. This is where you see information about your rewards, such as discount codes you earned and their expiry dates.
Access the rewards page
To access the rewards page, log into the advocate or affiliate portal. There are 2 ways to find your portal:
Find the invite email sent to you by the merchant and click Get Invite Link.
Note: Merchants may set a custom label for the call-to-action button
Take the first part of your unique referral link (e.g.,
http://yourstore.refr.cc/campaign/u/johnsmith
) then add.referralcandy.com
. For example,http://yourstore.referralcandy.com/

You can also find the link to your advocate join page in the invite email sent to you by the store. Click Get Invite Link to access the join page.
Note: The following steps must be completed by the advocate or affiliate. Merchants can share these instructions when assisting customers.
Go to your advocate or affiliate portal join page.
Enter the email address that you previously used to register for the referral program. For example, the email address you used to make a purchase from the store.
Click Get Invite Link. If this is your first time accessing the join page, you're asked to set a password and verify your account before logging in. Learn more
Once logged in, click Your Rewards. This is where you view and track all your successful referrals and rewards. If you haven't yet, the system will ask you to enter your password to complete the login.

Why can't I access or log into the portal?
There are a couple of reasons why you can't access or log into the portal.
If you've already logged in before
If you’ve previously accessed the portal and are now having trouble logging in, it's likely an issue on the merchant's side. Reach out to the merchant directly to address portal account-related concerns.
The campaign is stopped. The portal is disabled when merchants stop a campaign or delete their ReferralCandy account.
With a stopped campaign, you may see an error message that says your email address is not recognized
If the campaign is paused, you'll see a paused campaign notice and won’t be able to make new referrals
You’re banned. If the merchant decides to ban you from participating in the referral or affiliate campaign, you won't be able to log in to the portal and refer friends.
Note: Banning contacts is at the merchant's discretion and is irreversible. ReferralCandy is not involved in decisions related to a customer’s participation in a merchant’s referral or affiliate program.
If it's your first time logging in
You haven't created an account or verified your email address. To access the portal, you must first set a password and verify your email. If you see Set a password for your account when you click View Rewards, this means you're logging into your rewards page for the first time.
You may be using the wrong portal link. Verify that you're logging in through the correct portal link for the merchant, store, and campaign that you're enrolled in.
The email address you're using is not registered. Check that the email you use to login is the same email address you used to register for the referral or affiliate campaign.
