All the rewards you've earned from referring — discount codes, cash, store credit — are shown on your advocate or affiliate portal's rewards dashboard, along with each reward's status and any expiry dates. This article covers how to open your dashboard and what you'll find there.
Open your rewards dashboard
Note: the following steps must be completed by the advocate or affiliate. Merchants can share these instructions when assisting customers.
Open your portal — click the link in the welcome email the store sent you, or go to the program's join page and enter the email you joined with.
Request a sign-in link — click Send me a sign-in link (or Email me a sign-in link on affiliate portals). There's no password — you sign in with the emailed link, which is valid for 2 hours.
Click the link in the email and you land on your dashboard, signed in.
If you can't find your portal or the sign-in email doesn't arrive, see How to sign in to the portal for more ways in and troubleshooting.
What you'll see on the dashboard
Your rewards dashboard shows every reward you've earned and where it stands:
Coupon rewards appear as cards with the discount code, what the coupon is for, any expiry date, and a Copy button.
Cash rewards show your total earned, split into what's been paid out and what's still pending.
Store credit shows as applied to your account with the store.
Older rewards collect under a Past rewards section.
The dashboard also shows your referral progress — how many referrals you've made and what unlocks at the next tier (if the program uses tiered rewards) — and a recent activity feed listing each referred purchase and its reward status, such as pending, delivered, or paid.
From the same dashboard you can also customize your unique referral link and update your payout details.
Seeing the older Rewards page instead? Some stores' programs still use the previous portal pages — your rewards are listed there the same way, under the Your Rewards tab.

Why can't I access or log into the portal?
Why can't I access or log into the portal?
There are a few common reasons you can't access or log into the advocate or affiliate portal.
If you've accessed the portal before, it's likely a change on the merchant's side — reach out to the store directly for portal account-related concerns:
The campaign is stopped. The portal becomes unavailable when the merchant stops the campaign or deletes their ReferralCandy account — your email may no longer be recognized.
The campaign is paused. You'll see a paused-campaign notice, and new referrals won't count while it's paused.
You've been banned. If the merchant bans you from their referral or affiliate campaign, you can no longer log in or refer friends. Banning is at the merchant's discretion and is irreversible — ReferralCandy is not involved in decisions about a customer's participation in a merchant's program.
If you've never signed in before:
You may be using the wrong portal link. Each campaign has its own portal — make sure you're using the link for the store and campaign you're actually enrolled in.
The email you're entering isn't the one you're enrolled with. Use the email address you registered with — for example, the one you used to make a purchase from the store. If the join page offers to sign you up as new instead of taking you to your portal, that's the sign you're using a different email.
