You can get a list of your customers including their names, email addresses, and details about their referral activities in the CSV file format.
Exporting your contacts
On the dashboard, go to Contacts > Manage.
Click Export Customers.
ReferralCandy will email the list in CSV format to your admin email address. This may take up to 30 minutes for most users. The download link expires in 6 hours upon receipt.
You can open the CSV file using any spreadsheet software including Microsoft Excel, OpenOffice Calc, and Numbers. This is what the exported CSV file would look like:
Note: If you have a high-volume customer database, you may experience a delay in receiving the complete list of your customers. Please allow up to 24 hours.
