Each ReferralCandy account comes with an Advocate Portal hosted by ReferralCandy.
If a customer is enrolled as an Advocate, they can access the Share Page and Rewards Page by entering the email address used when purchasing from your store or the email entered when signing up.
If the customer is not yet enrolled as an Advocate and it's their first time using the portal, they can sign up to become an Advocate via the Join Page using their email address. After signing up, they will be able to access their Share Page and Rewards Page.

Any visitor to the Advocate Portal, even those who are not yet enrolled in your referral program, can use the Join Page to sign up and access their personal Sharing Page using their email address.
You can embed this page to your store's site by using the Embedded Signup Widget so website visitors can easily signup as an Advocate and refer their friends to your store.
Advocates can access their personal SharePage from the Portal by simply entering their email address. From this page, they can easily share their referral link using Social Media sharing buttons. They can also click Copy Link to share their link manually.
Advocates can go to their Rewards Page from the Share Page by simply clicking Your Rewards at the top of the page. This is where they can view all the rewards they've earned. Learn more.
By default the Advocate Portal can be accessed by both new customers and existing Advocates. You also have the option to limit access to existing Advocates, only customers that were manually invited to the referral program, or customers automatically invited post-purchase. Customers who were not invited will get an error message upon signing up.

To summarize, the Advocate Portal has two (2) modes:
Limited to existing Advocates only
People with existing ReferralCandy Advocate Portal accounts can use the Portal to get to their personal Share Page. People without existing ReferralCandy Advocate Portal accounts will see the following message when they key in their email address: "Sorry, this email address is not eligible for our Referral Program."
Existing Advocates + New signups
Any visitor to the ReferralCandy Advocate Portal, even those who aren't yet enrolled in your referral program, can use the Join Page to sign up for your referral campaign and access their personal Share Page by entering their email address. A new Share Page will be created for new Advocates.
