If you have questions or concerns about ReferralCandy or our help center articles, please find the Messenger widget on the bottom right of the page to start a conversation. It’s always there when you need it.

How to contact us

  1. Click the Messenger widget

  2. Use the search bar to find what you’re looking for

    • We’ll also show you related articles that we think might help with your search.

  3. If you still can’t find your answer, click Send us a message

    • This button will pop up after your first search attempt.

What happens if I close the site?

You will receive a message within Messenger as soon as our teams are available to respond. However, if you decide to leave the site, we will reach out to you via email and we can continue the conversation from there.

  • ReferralCandy Users: If you’re signed into ReferralCandy and you close the site, we will reach out to you via the email you use with us. You will also see a history of your conversations with us anywhere Messenger is available, as long as you’re logged in.

  • Visitors: If you’re a visitor, you are given an option to provide your email address so we can send a response to your email after you close the site.
