All customer information is available on the Contacts page in the ReferralCandy dashboard.
Individual contact page
To view contact information, go to the Contacts page from the ReferralCandy dashboard and click on a profile.

Details (tab)
Aggregate Stats - Contains the following reports across all campaigns:
Lifetime Value - The total amount spent by the contact at your store.
Social Media Shares - The number of times the contact shared their referral link on social media.
Referral Link Clicks - The number of times referred friends clicked on the contact's referral link.
Referred Friends - The number of friends referred by the contact who made a purchase.
Referred Purchases & Sales - The number of referred purchases and the total referral sales generated. This includes repeat purchases.
Aggregate Rewards - Contains the following reports across all campaigns:
Coupons - The number of coupons sent to the contact.
Cash Rewards - The total cash rewards earned by the contact, including pending rewards.
Custom Rewards - The number of custom rewards earned by the contact.
Purchase Using Reward Coupons - The number of purchases the contact made using their coupon rewards and the total sales from those purchases.
Campaigns and Segments (tab)
Enrolled Campaigns - Shows the campaigns the contact is enrolled in.
Unenrolled Campaigns - Shows the campaigns that the contact was previously enrolled in, but stopped qualifying for. Learn more
Segments - Shows the segments that the contact belongs to. Learn more
Suspicious Activity - Shows if a contact is checked for suspicious activity by the system. By default all contacts undergo suspicious referral detection, which can be disabled in this section. Learn more
Individual Campaign Details - Contains campaign-specific reports about the contact:
Emails - Shows whether the contact is subscribed or unsubscribed from receiving the campaign emails.
Referral Link - Shows the contact's campaign-specific referral link.
Referral Code - Shows the friend offer code associated with the contact.
Share page - Shows a URL to the page where contacts get their referral link for sharing.
Stats - This block shows the same details as the Aggregate stats section, but only the campaign-level.
Rewards - This block shows the same details as the Aggregate rewards section, but only the campaign-level.
Contact Profile Details - Contains information such as the contact's first and last name, phone number, and PayPal email address for receiving cash rewards.
Activity log - Shows a list of referral activities associated with the contact, such as campaign enrollment and referred purchases. Also contains actions you've taken on a contact, such as disqualifying a referral or banning an advocate or affiliate.
