When necessary, you can change the following customer information in your ReferralCandy contact list:
First Name
Last Name
Email Address
Locale or Language - if your referral program supports multiple languages
Note: Changes made to the contact details in ReferralCandy won't affect the contact details in your eCommerce platform, and vice versa.
Updating customer information
From the ReferralCandy dashboard, go to Contacts.
In the search bar, find the contact using their name or email address.
Click the contact's name to view their information.
Click the Actions dropdown and select Edit Details.
Edit the fields you need to update.
Click Submit.
