If you're a Shopify merchant, contacts participating in your referral or affiliate program are integrated with the Shopify Customers page. To show ReferralCandy data, app blocks must be manually added to the individual customers page.
For merchants using another platform (Non-Shopify), all customer information is available on the Contacts page in the ReferralCandy dashboard.

Add an app block (Shopify)
Shopify merchants can only subscribe, unsubscribe, and view a list contacts on the Advocates or Affiliates page of their campaign. Because ReferralCandy contacts are integrated with Shopify, clicking on a contact redirects to the Customers page where you can take additional actions for each individual.
To view ReferralCandy-specific information about your customers:
Go to Customers in Shopify admin, then click any customer who's a participant in your referral or affiliate program.
Go to the
App blocks section and click + Add block.
Find the options with the ReferralCandy
icon and select the customer page blocks that you'd like to preview. See the Customer page app blocks section below for the full list of options.
Click the pin icon to keep the block visible on the individual customer page for all your staff.

Below are the ReferralCandy app blocks you can add to the individual customer page in Shopify admin, including the sections and details you'll see in each block:
ReferralCandy Segments - Shows the segments that the contact belongs to. Learn more
Unenrolled referral campaigns - Shows the campaigns that the contact was previously enrolled in, but stopped qualifying for. Learn more
Aggregate referral rewards - Contains the following reports across all campaigns:
Coupons - The number of coupons sent to the contact.
Purchase using reward coupons - The number of purchases the contact made using their coupon rewards and the total sales from those purchases.
Cash rewards - The total cash rewards earned by the contact, including pending rewards.
Custom rewards - The number of custom rewards earned by the contact.
Aggregate referral stats - Contains the following reports across all campaigns:
Lifetime value - The total amount spent by the contact at your store.
Social media shares - The number of times the contact shared their referral link on social media.
Referral link clicks - The number of times referred friends clicked on the contact's referral link.
Referred friends - The number of friends referred by the contact who made a purchase.
Referred purchases & sales - The number of referred purchases and the total referral sales generated. This includes repeat purchases.
Suspicious referral detection - Shows if a contact is checked for suspicious activity by the system. By default all contacts undergo suspicious referral detection, which can be disabled in this block. Learn more
Enrolled referral campaigns - rewards - This block shows the same details as the Aggregate referral rewards block, but allows you to view the information for a specific campaign.
Enrolled referral campaigns - stats - This block shows the same details as the Aggregate referral stats block, but allows you to view the information for a specific campaign.
Enrolled referral campaigns - details - Shows information associated with a contact's participation in each campaign they're enrolled in:
Emails - Shows whether the contact is subscribed or unsubscribed from receiving the campaign emails.
Referral link - Shows the contact's campaign-specific referral link.
Referral code - Shows the friend offer code associated with the contact.
Share page - Shows a URL to the page where contacts get their referral link for sharing.
Timeline
Go to the Timeline section in Shopify's individual customer page to view a log of all the referral activities associated with the customer. These events are marked with the ReferralCandy app icon to distinguish them from other activity types in Shopify admin.

Activity log - Shows a list of referral activities associated with the contact, such as campaign enrollment and referred purchases. Also contains actions you've taken on a contact, such as disqualifying a referral or banning an advocate or affiliate.

To find your advocate or affiliate's referral link (Shopify):
From your Shopify admin, go to Customers and search for the contact.
Click the customer's name to view their profile.
Go to the
App blocks section and click + Add block.
Add the
Enrolled referral campaigns - details from the dropdown options.
Pin this block if you'd like it to be visible on the individual customer page for all your staff.
This block shows the contact's referral details for each campaign they're enrolled in, such as their email marketing preferences, unique referral link, friend offer code, and share page URL.
