Export a CSV list of advocates enrolled in your referral program

You can get a list of your customers including their names, email addresses, and details about their referral activities in the CSV file format.

Exporting your contacts

When you export your contact list, ReferralCandy sends an email that contains the exported CSV file to your admin email address. The email may take up to 30 minutes to process, and the download link expires in 6 hours upon receipt.

You can open the CSV file using any spreadsheet software. This is what the exported CSV file would look like:

To export a list of all the registered contacts in your account:

  1. From the ReferralCandy dashboard, go to Contacts.

  2. Click Export Customers.

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Customers.

  2. Click Add filters.

  3. Add the Shopify filter: Customer tags > Contains this exact tag > ReferralCandy contact.

  4. Click Export.

Advocates enrolled in a campaign

To export a list of contacts enrolled in a specific campaign:

  1. Go to your campaign's Advocates page:

    • From the ReferralCandy dashboard, go to Campaigns > Select your campaign > Advocates.

    • From your Shopify admin, go to Campaigns > Select your campaign. In the Promote campaign section, click Advocates.

  2. Click Export contacts (Non-Shopify) or Export (Shopify) in the upper-right corner.

Note: If you have a high-volume customer database, you may experience a delay in receiving the complete list of your customers. Please allow up to 24 hours.
