When necessary, you can change the following customer information in your ReferralCandy contacts list:
First Name
Last Name
Email Address
Locale (language) - if your referral program supports multiple languages
Note: Changes made to the contact details in ReferralCandy will not affect the contact details in your eCommerce platform, and vice versa.
Updating customer information
On the dashboard, go to Contacts > Manage.
In the search box, enter the name or email address of the contact.
Click the contact's name to view their information.
Click Actions and select Edit Details.
Edit the fields you need to update.
Once done, click Submit to save your changes.
You can also edit the contacts enrolled in a campaign from the Advocates list. To do this, go to Campaigns > All Campaigns > Select your campaign. Then, click Advocates on the sidebar.
