When you enroll in a referral or affiliate program, you may start receiving campaign emails from a merchant who uses ReferralCandy based on their email settings and your email marketing preferences.
Note: The following steps must be completed by the advocate or affiliate. Merchants can share these instructions when assisting customers.
Unsubscribing from emails
Contacts, advocates, and affiliates can unsubscribe from receiving referral or affiliate campaign emails by clicking Unsubscribe at the bottom of the campaign email you received, which redirects to a page where you can manage your email marketing preferences.
If you're still receiving referral emails after clicking Unsubscribe, contact the merchant directly to request to opt out of receiving emails.
