When customers choose to opt-out of receiving email communications from you, they won't receive campaign emails about your referral or affiliate program. You can override your customers' marketing email preferences if they are unsubscribed from receiving campaign emails from your store.
Overriding email preferences
To ignore marketing email preferences:
From the ReferralCandy dashboard, go to Campaigns > Settings > Marketing Emails section.
Go to the Marketing Emails section. Click to expand.
Check Send emails even if customers do not opt-in at checkout.
Click Save changes.
