Reward emails are notifications sent to your Advocates to keep them updated about the status of their referrals. When enabled, Advocates receive an email throughout their referral journey, from a referred friend making a purchase through their link up to the confirmation of whether they will receive a reward or not.
Klaviyo integration: If you decide to use Klaviyo for your reward notification emails, we recommend you set up email flows in Klaviyo first before disabling them on ReferralCandy.
Enabling reward emails
To turn on reward notification emails:
Go to your campaign's email settings page:
Toggle on the following reward emails:
Pending reward emails
Successful reward emails
Ineligible reward emails
Save the changes.
Pending reward emails are sent when an Advocate's referred friend makes a purchase and the referral is within the review period to check reward eligibility. Successful and ineligible reward emails are sent after the review period has passed and the referred purchase is confirmed as eligible or ineligible for the Advocate to receive a reward. Learn more
Note: Only customers who are subscribed to receiving communications from you can receive campaign emails. You may choose to ignore marketing email preference.
