The ReferralCandy app has the ability to send reminder emails to advocates at regular intervals to keep your store top of their mind. You are able to configure the interval for these reminder emails (or turn them off completely).
The Reminder Emails run on an adaptive system that spaces out these emails if we detect that your customers are not interacting with them, eventually stopping altogether, so you don't have to worry about them being too "spammy" (we hate spam too!). Your customers can also choose to unsubscribe at any point in time.
Alternatively, you have the option to stop sending Reminder Emails after a specific amount of them have already been sent. Please select from the available hard stop options on the 2nd drop down as seen in the screenshot below.
To change the frequency of the reminder emails:
Head over to the Referral Program tab and choose Email Settings
On the Reminder Email section, select when you'd like the reminder emails to be sent and when we should stop sending them to your advocates.
Click Save Changes.
