Send Reminder Emails to my advocates at regular intervals

The ReferralCandy app has the ability to send reminder emails to advocates at regular intervals to keep your store top of their mind. You are able to configure the interval for these reminder emails (or turn them off completely).

The Reminder Emails run on an adaptive system that spaces out these emails if we detect that your customers are not interacting with them, eventually stopping altogether, so you don't have to worry about them being too "spammy" (we hate spam too!). Your customers can also choose to unsubscribe at any point in time. 

Alternatively, you have the option to stop sending Reminder Emails after a specific amount of them have already been sent. Please select from the available hard stop options on the 2nd drop down as seen in the screenshot below.


If you are on the latest version of the ReferralCandy dashboard:

  1. Go to "Edit Referral Program > Settings".

  2. In the dropdown menu under "Post-Purchase Referral Email", toggle it to your desired delivery time.


In case you are running the older version of the dashboard (how can I tell?):

  1. Go to "Edit Referral Program > Settings".

  2. In the dropdown menu under "Reminder Email", toggle it to your desired reminder email frequency
