Auto-generated coupons
For Shopify and BigCommerce merchants, ReferralCandy automatically generates coupon codes for you. You can choose if the discount is a fixed amount or a percentage off the advocate's purchase. How do I set up coupon rewards?
Tip: If your product costs more than $100, a cash discount tends to be more appealing. If your product costs less than $100, a percentage discount is usually more effective. Read about the Rule of 100.
The coupons generated are single-use coupon codes. Using a multi-use coupon is not available for the Shopify and BigCommerce platforms.

For Shopify merchants, there are two ways to identify referral codes and coupon code rewards in Shopify admin:
Referral codes or friend offer coupons
In Shopify admin, go to the Discounts page and paste the friend offer code (e.g., FRIEND-12345) in the search bar to identify the advocate or affiliate associated with that coupon.
Advocate coupon rewards
To track the coupons rewarded to advocates, go to Track Coupons in Shopify admin. Use the search bar and enter the code to identify the contact who received the coupon reward (e.g., THANKS-12345). This page contains all the single-use coupons you sent to advocates as rewards.
