To reset the password for your Advocate Rewards Page (where you can view and track your rewards for the referral program of a particular store) please follow the steps below:
Log in to your Advocate Join Page. To get the Join Page URL of the campaign you are enrolled in, take the first part of your unique referral link (e.g.:
http://yourstore.refr.cc/john) then add
Enter the email address that you previously used to register for the referral program in the field provided (e.g.: the email address you used to make a purchase from this store).
Click Get Invite Link.
You will then see the Share Page where you can view and share your unique referral link. Click Your Rewards on the top right.
Click Forgot Password.
An email will be sent to you with instructions on how to reset your password. Follow the instructions provided in that email.
I'm not seeing Forgot Password
If you do not see the "Forgot password" link in Step 5 and see a "Create new account" button instead, this is because you have entered an email address that has not been registered with this store's referral program. Please go back to Step 1 and enter the correct email address that was previously registered.
If you're seeing "Set a password for your account" when you click View Rewards, this means you haven't logged in to your Advocate Rewards Page yet. Learn more
