You can set a default language for your store and campaigns. To view a complete list of languages ReferralCandy supports, click here.
Store and campaign defaults
Default language (Campaign level) - When your customer's locale isn't supported or detected, the emails and pages shown are in the default language you set for your campaign.
Default store language (Account level) - When you select a default store language, new campaigns that you create adopt the default store language. Preferably, this should match the default language of your store in your platform's admin settings.
Note: Changing your account's default store language won't affect the default language on the campaign level. Only new campaigns created will adopt the default store language.
Setting the default language
Account level
Go to your Store details page:
From the ReferralCandy dashboard, go to My Store > Store Details.
From your Shopify admin, go to Account > Store details.
Go to Default store language and click the dropdown menu.
Select your store's default language.
Save the changes.
Campaign level
If you enable only one language for a campaign, it's set to be the default language of the campaign. You must add multiple languages to select a new default language.
Go to your campaign's Languages page:
Go to Default language and click the dropdown menu.
Select your campaign's default language.
Save the changes.
Note: Your emails and pages aren't automatically translated to the languages you add. You must manually translate your content. Learn more
