Can I add team members or have multiple admin logins to access one ReferralCandy account?

For BigCommerce and Shopify eCommerce platform users:

Multi-user or staff access is possible for BigCommerce and Shopify merchants, as they can access the ReferralCandy app via their eCommerce platform.

For all other eCommerce platforms and integrations:

For other integration types, only one admin login can be used to access ReferralCandy. ReferralCandy has been developed to be a fully automated solution and requires minimal day-to-day supervision once it has been set up. As a possible workaround (if really needed), your team could use a shared login email address such as "marketing@<company name>.com" to allow multiple users shared access via a single email address.

How are cash rewards or commissions calculated on referred purchases?

ReferralCandy will extract the subtotal amount from the invoices that you forward to us, and use this figure as the basis for calculating cash rewards or commissions. Learn more

How does the free trial work?

ReferralCandy is totally free for 14 days. At the end of the 14 days, charges for the next month will be billed regardless if your campaign status is Active or Inactive. Read more

Why can't I enter my credit card details and see an error when I do so?

When you try to update your credit card details for your ReferralCandy account, you might encounter some errors that prevent you from updating your details. A list of some of the common errors is described in this article.

Is commission charged on all purchases that a referred friend makes?

No. Commission is only charged on the first three (3) purchases that a referred friend makes, regardless of the number of referral purchases that you choose to reward the Advocate for, and regardless of the minimum purchase amount needed to be eligible for a referral reward.

Subsequent purchases by the referred friend are not charged.

What can I do if I forgot my login email address?

The login email address is the email address that you use to log in to your ReferralCandy account. It is also the email address that ReferralCandy sends performance reports to.

If you have forgotten your login email address, please email us at support@referralcandy.com and provide the following information so that we can identify which account you are referring to:

  1. Your full name

  2. Your store URL

  3. Your phone number

Important: Please email us from the same domain as your account's login email address.

What happens when my account gets suspended?

Why do I have to add my credit card or payment details during the risk-free trial?

During the risk-free trial, you'll have access to the full suite of features that ReferralCandy offers, which includes sending out emails to others regarding your referral program.

Email deliverability is very important to us as it allows us to run your referral programs effectively. Unfortunately, we've had instances in the past where customers have misused the email sending feature, compromising the email deliverability for everyone else on the platform.

As such, we've had to make adding your payment details a requirement to protect our customers from having this sort of malicious behavior affect their referral program performance.

Note: If you cancel anytime within the risk-free 14-day trial period, you will not be charged.
