The Fraud History page lets you review and verify suspicious referrals in your account, and check fraud-related actions you or the ReferralCandy system has taken against an advocate or affiliate.
Viewing Fraud History
Account level
From your Shopify admin, go to Fraud Center.
Click Fraud History to view all suspicious referral activities in your account.
Search using an advocate’s email address and use the filter options to narrow down your search. You can filter by attributes or date range.
Review the suspicious referral activities.
Note: If you ignore a referred purchase that's Marked Suspicious, ReferralCandy will proceed to send out the reward if eligible, after the review period has elapsed.
What are actions taken by "ReferralCandy"?
What are actions taken by "ReferralCandy"?
Any action you take, such as deleting or disqualifying a referred purchase, is tagged as You under the By column on the Fraud History page.
Actions taken by ReferralCandy are the following:
Any purchase that's Marked Suspicious by the system that you haven't taken an action on yet.
If you reached out to ReferralCandy to perform a fraud-related action, such as disqualifying or deleting a suspicious referral.
