ReferralCandy Boost is a paid add-on. Visit the signup page in the web app or Shopify app to subscribe.

The ReferralCandy Boost add-on provides merchants with tools to customize the affiliate signup form and review applicants so you can better manage your partner intake in an affiliate program.

Manage affiliate signups

If you created a curated affiliate campaign, anyone who signs up for your campaign must undergo review and approval. To manage affiliate signups:

Go to your campaign's Affiliates page:
- From the ReferralCandy dashboard, go to Campaigns > Select your affiliate campaign > Manage applications.
- From your Shopify admin, go to Campaigns > Select your affiliate campaign. In the Affiliates box, click Review.
The Affiliates page has the For review, Approved, and Rejected tabs. Go to the For Review tab to see a list of all the signups.
Click the checkbox beside the contact. You can select multiple contacts to bulk approve or reject applicants.
Click Approve or Reject and then click Confirm.

Once confirmed, the contacts are moved to the Approved or Rejected tab and become affiliates in your campaign.

Turn on the signup details page

The signup details page appears after an affiliate signs up through the join page, the embedded signup widget (Non-Shopify) or the join block (Shopify). To turn on:

Go to your campaign's Widgets page:
- From the ReferralCandy dashboard, go to Campaigns > Select your affiliate campaign > Widgets.
- From your Shopify admin, go to Campaigns > Select your affiliate campaign. In the Promote your campaign box, click Manage widgets.
Find the Signup details page section and turn it on.
Save the changes.

Note: Once turned on, you'll receive an email notification for each affiliate application, which includes the details they provided on the signup form.

Customize the affiliate signup form

The Boost add-on uses the Affiliates Theme that has a page called the Signup Details Page. This page lets you capture the information you need when contacts sign up for your affiliate program. The signup details page appears after the join page and before your "Thank You" page.

To customize the affiliate campaign's signup details page:

From the ReferralCandy dashboard, go to Campaigns > Select your affiliate campaign.
Go to Emails & Pages.
Find the affiliate campaign's live theme and click Edit.
Go to the Content tab and click Signup Details Page .
Edit the Header's Heading text and Body text.
Customize the signup form Body.
- Add, edit, or delete the following field types: Text, Date, Phone number, Email, Checkbox, Radio button, Country
- Edit the field's Label
- Toggle on Required? to require an entry in a field.
Edit the Footer:
- Add the URL and Link text to your Terms & conditions
- Customize the call to action Button text.
Click Save changes.

From your Shopify admin, go to the Referral Candy app > Campaigns > Select your affiliate campaign.
In the Customize campaign section, click Themes.
Find the affiliate campaign's live theme and click Customise.
Go to the Content tab .
In the preview panel on the right, select Signup Details Page.
In the left panel, edit the Header's Heading text and Body text.
Customize the signup form Body.
- Add, edit, or delete the following field types: Text, Date, Phone number, Email, Checkbox, Radio button, Country
- Edit the field's Label
- Check Required? to require an entry in a field.
Edit the Footer:
- Add the URL and Link text to your Terms & conditions
- Customize the call to action Button text.
Click Save.

Note: The signup details page is only available in the Affiliates Theme .

Can I reject affiliate applications?

Only if you're a Shopify merchant. Follow the Manage affiliate signups section to see how you can reject individual or multiple contacts in Shopify admin.

If you're a Shopify merchant and you can't manage applications, verify if you're using a curated affiliate campaign. Instant access and invite-only campaigns don't support affiliate signup review. Learn more
