Yes, but in a fixed manner. Referral rewards from ReferralCandy are typically sent to Advocates once they have referred enough rewardable referred purchases to be eligible for a reward.

Example: Your store wants to reward an Advocate (Alice) with a $10 off coupon for each friend they refer. Alice makes 3 successful referrals.

What ReferralCandy can do

What ReferralCandy can't do

  • Send Alice a $10 off coupon after each referred purchase.

  • Alice will receive 3 coupons in total.

OR

  • Send Alice a single coupon for $30 after she has accumulated 3 rewardable referrals.

  • Allow Alice to accumulate as many rewards as she wants before issuing those rewards in a manner relative to the total amount of referrals Alice had accumulated so far.

Setting a required number of referrals

What you can do instead is set a required number of referrals before an Advocate gets a reward. You can set the minimum number of referred purchases that an Advocate has to make before they become eligible for a single referral reward.

Example: Your store wants to reward an Advocate (Alice) with a $10 off coupon for each friend they refer, but they must first reach 3 successful referrals to get the "accumulated" coupon reward. Here's what you can do:

  • In your Reward Settings, set the Referrals required for advocate reward to 3.

  • Change your Advocate reward to $30.

Note: If you choose to set up your rewards this way and an Advocate does not reach the minimum number of referred purchases, they will not eligible for any referral reward.

Using a Custom Reward

If you want to accumulate the rewards on your platform directly, you can choose the Custom Reward option. Note that you'll have to set up and fulfill this reward yourself, and will require additional post-processing on your end that we do not directly support.
