You are able to change a customer's email address, first and last name. To do so:

  1. Go to your Existing Customers page.
  2. In the search box, enter the name or email of the advocate you'd like to update.
  3. Once you locate the advocate, click the advocate's name to get to the individual advocate's page. 
  4. At the individual advocate's page, click the 'Edit' button. 
  5. Once the button is clicked, a popup box will appear. 
  6. Edit the advocate's email address, first name and last name. 
  7. Once you are done, click the blue "Update" button to save your changes.
