You can find information about your ReferralCandy plans and add-ons under Profile (Non-Shopify) and Account (Shopify). Here you can view your plan, edit your billing information, view your current billing, and see your billing history.
Your plan and billing information
On the Plans & Pricing (Non-Shopify) or Plans (Shopify) page, you'll see your ReferralCandy plan, add-ons, and the commission percentage fee for your chosen plan. From this page you can also update your billing & payment details.
Note: If you have a Shopify store using cash rewards, your bill is split between: (1) your ReferralCandy subscription(s) and commissions billed through Shopify, and; (2) cash rewards charged to your credit card via Stripe. Learn more
Manage your plan and add-ons
To make changes to your ReferralCandy plan:
Go to your plans and pricing page:
From the ReferralCandy dashboard, go to Profile > Plans & Pricing.
From your Shopify admin, go to Account > Plans.
To edit your plan and billing type, click Change plan.
A popup appears. Select your new plan and save.
To disable AffiliatePlus, go to the AffiliatePlus+ section and click Disable add-on.
Note: Unsubscribing from the AffiliatePlus add-on immediately disables all your affiliate campaigns and features associated with it. Learn more
Save the changes.
Note: Changes to your pricing plan will reflect on your next billing cycle. After changing your plan, it's highly recommend to check your current bill to manage budgeting expectations.
Your current bill
To view your current bill, go to Billing in the ReferralCandy web app or Shopify app. The page displays your real-time invoice amount regarding your plan, commissions, and cash rewards (if applicable).
On this page, you can export the following reports in CSV format:
Monthly commission details - Commissions charged on referral sales.
Cash reward details - Cash rewards sent via PayPal (if applicable).
These reports show the breakdown of charges for the current invoice. To see reports on your past invoices, go to the Billing history page.
Your billing history
Each month, ReferralCandy sends a billing notification email to your admin email address. Go to the Billing history page in the ReferralCandy web app and Shopify app to find a history of your past invoices.
Click the invoices to see more details:
Monthly commission postpaid
Monthly base fee prepaid
Fees for add-ons
Fees for cash rewards
Total amount charged
Payment status
