You can find information about your billing under Profile in your ReferralCandy dashboard. Here you can view your plan, edit your billing information, view your current billing, and see your billing history.

Your plan and billing information

On the Plans & Pricing page you will see your ReferralCandy plan and the commission percentage fee for your chosen plan. From this page you can also update your billing & payment details.

Note: If you have a Shopify store using cash rewards, your bill will be split between two methods: (1) your monthly base plan and commission will be charged to Shopify Billing, and; (2) cash rewards will be charged to your credit card (Stripe). Learn more

Changing your pricing plan

To change your plan, click Change Plan on the far right:

A popup will appear that looks similar to the screenshot below:

Note: Changes to your pricing plan will only reflect on your next billing cycle. After changing your plan, we highly recommend checking your current bill to manage expectations.

Your current bill

To view your current bill, go to your Billing page. The invoice will show your real-time invoice amount, commissions, and (if applicable) cash rewards:

Your billing history

Each month, ReferralCandy will send a billing notification email to your configured billing email address. You can find a history of past invoices in the Billing History section of the dashboard.

Click on the invoices to see more information. In each invoice, you will see:

  • Monthly commission postpaid

  • Monthly base fee prepaid

  • Fees for add-ons

  • Fees for cash rewards

  • Total amount charged

  • Payment status
