Viewing your plan & billing

Use this page to check your current plan, view your current bill, and review past invoices.

Where to find your plan page

ReferralCandy shows your plan and billing settings in different places depending on your platform:

  • Shopify: Open the ReferralCandy app → AccountPlans.

  • Non-Shopify: In the ReferralCandy dashboard → ProfilePlans & Pricing.

On this page, you’ll see your current plan, your success fee, and any enabled add-ons (if applicable).

Important (Shopify cash rewards): If your Shopify store uses cash rewards, your charges may be split into:

  • Your ReferralCandy subscription and success fees (billed through Shopify), and

  • Cash rewards (charged to your credit card via Stripe).

Note: Your ReferralCandy plan and success fees are billed through Shopify. Cash rewards are different — they’re reward payouts to advocates/affiliates. Shopify may apply platform fees to Shopify-billed charges, so cash rewards are charged separately via credit card.


Your plan and billing information

On the Plans & Pricing (Non-Shopify) or Plans (Shopify) page, you’ll see your ReferralCandy plan, add-ons (if applicable), and the success fee for your chosen plan. From this page you can also update your billing and payment details.


Change your plan

  1. Go to your plan page:

    • Non-Shopify: ProfilePlans & Pricing

    • Shopify: AccountPlans

  2. Click Change plan.

  3. Select your new plan (and billing type if shown), then click Save.

Note: Plan changes take effect on your next billing cycle. Your current bill won’t change until your next billing cycle starts.


Your current bill

To view your current bill, go to Billing (available in both the ReferralCandy web app and the Shopify app). Billing shows your current billing period’s running total.

This page shows your current invoice amount for:

You can also export CSV reports for the current invoice:

  • Monthly success fee details (breakdown of success fees charged on referral sales)

  • Cash reward details


Your billing history

Each month, ReferralCandy sends a billing notification to your admin email address. You can also view past invoices in Billing history (in the ReferralCandy web app and Shopify app).

Click any invoice to see details like:

  • Monthly base fee

  • Monthly success fee

  • Fees for add-ons (if applicable)

  • Fees for cash rewards

  • Total amount charged

  • Payment status
