Decide how many rewardable referred purchases an advocate needs to make before they become eligible for a reward.
For example, if you set the rewardable referred purchases to 3, an advocate must refer friends who make 3 rewardable referred purchases at your store to be eligible for 1 reward.
Note: This reward condition isn't supported on Shopify. As an alternative, Shopify merchants may use FlexiTiers to reward advocates when they reach a specific number of referred purchases.
Setting the required number of referrals (Non-Shopify)
To specify the minimum number of referrals needed for an advocate to earn a reward:
From the ReferralCandy dashboard, go to Campaigns > Select your campaign > Rewards > Reward Settings tab.
In the field Advocate is rewarded every time they reach..., set the number of referrals an advocate must first make to reach a rewardable referred purchase.
Save the changes.
