Deleting / Cancelling my account

If you decide to delete your account, it will be removed immediately and permanently, along with all customer information. This action cannot be undone. Once deleted, account access, pending rewards for Advocates, and active referral links will all be disabled. Please download any information you want to retain beforehand.

Important:

  • To ensure your account is fully canceled and to avoid ongoing charges, please follow the cancellation instructions carefully and completely. Unless you specifically request our assistance, it’s expected that you will complete the cancellation on your own. If you’d like us to handle it on your behalf, we’ll need a clear, written request authorizing us to do so.

  • Uninstalling ReferralCandy from your eCommerce platform does not cancel your subscription. Please follow the instructions below to cancel or delete your account.


Deleting your account

  1. On your ReferralCandy account, go to Profile and click My Profile.

  2. Scroll down and click the "Cancel & Delete Account" section.

  3. Click the "I understand and want to proceed" button.

  4. Answer the exit questions and click the Cancel my subscription and delete all my data button to proceed.
