If you decide to delete your account, it will be removed immediately and permanently, along with all the customer information. This action can't be undone.

Once deleted, account access, referral and affiliate campaigns, pending rewards for Advocates, and active referral links will all be disabled. Make sure to download any information you want to retain before account deletion.

Important:

To ensure your account is fully canceled and to avoid ongoing charges, follow the cancellation instructions carefully and completely.
Uninstalling ReferralCandy from your eCommerce platform does not cancel your subscription. Follow the instructions below to cancel or delete your account.
Unless you specifically request assistance, it’s expected that you'll complete the cancellation on your own. If you’d like ReferralCandy to handle deletion on your behalf, you must send a written request authorizing ReferralCandy to do so.

From the ReferralCandy dashboard, go to Profile > My Profile.
Scroll down to find the Cancel & Delete Account section.
Read the notes before you proceed.
Click I understand and want to proceed. A popup appears.
Fill out the exit form. This ensures that you understand what happens after account deletion.
Click Cancel my subscription and delete all my data to complete the deletion process.

From your Shopify admin, go to Account > Plans.
Scroll down to find the Delete account section.
Under Cancel plan and delete account, click Delete account. A popup appears.
Fill out the exit form. This ensures that you understand what happens after account deletion.
Click Cancel subscription and delete all data to complete the deletion process.

Note: Deleting your ReferralCandy account automatically unsubscribes you from the AffiliatePlus add-on, immediately deleting your affiliate campaigns.
