When necessary, you are able to change the following customer information on your ReferralCandy contacts list:
Locale (Language) - if your referral program supports multiple languages
Note: Changes made to the contact details within ReferralCandy will not affect the contact details within your eCommerce platform, and vice versa.
Updating customer information
On ReferralCandy, go to Manage Customers and click Existing Customers.
In the search box, enter the name or email address of the customer you'd like to update.
Once you found the customer, click on their contact to see their information.
Click More Actions and select Edit Customer.
Edit any field to update the customer's information.
Once you are done, click the Submit button to save your changes.
