You are able to change the following customer details:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email Address

  • Locale (Language) - If your referral program supports multiple languages

Note: Changes made to the contact details within ReferralCandy will not affect the contact details within your eCommerce platform and vice-versa.

Steps to update:

  1. Go to the Existing Customers page

  2. In the search box, enter the name or email of the customer you'd like to update

  3. Once you've selected a customer, head to More Actions and select the Edit Customer button

  4. Once you are done, click the Submit button to save your changes
