You are able to change the following customer details:
Locale (Language) - If your referral program supports multiple languages
Note: Changes made to the contact details within ReferralCandy will not affect the contact details within your eCommerce platform and vice-versa.
Steps to update:
Go to the Existing Customers page
In the search box, enter the name or email of the customer you'd like to update
Once you've selected a customer, head to More Actions and select the Edit Customer button
Once you are done, click the Submit button to save your changes
