Set the number of referral purchases needed before an Advocate gets a reward

Decide how many rewardable referred purchases an Advocate needs to make before they are eligible for a reward.

For example, if you set the rewardable referred purchases to 3, an Advocate must refer friends who make 3 rewardable referred purchases at your store to be eligible for 1 reward.

Setting the required number of referrals

  1. Go to your campaign's Reward conditions page:

    • From the ReferralCandy dashboard, go to Campaigns > Select your campaign > Rewards > Reward Settings tab.

    • From your Shopify admin, go to Campaigns > Select your campaign. In the Set rewards section, click Reward conditions.

  2. In the Referrals required for advocate reward field, set the number of referred purchases an Advocate must make to receive a reward.

  3. Save the changes.
