Set a number of rewardable purchases to determine how many of a referred friend's purchases count toward an advocate or affiliate reward. You can set one referred friend's purchases to be rewardable for the first purchase only, every purchase, or for a specified number of purchases.
Setting the number of rewardable purchases
From your Shopify admin, go to Campaigns > Select your campaign. In the Set rewards section, click Reward conditions.
Go to Referred purchase conditions. In the It's the friend's section, select one from the below options:
Every purchase - The advocate receives a reward only for the first purchase that their referral makes through their referral link
First purchase only - The advocate receives a reward for every purchase that their referral makes through their referral link
First X purchase(s) to set a custom number. The advocate receives a reward for the first number of purchases a referral makes. You can set this up to the first 20 purchases.
Save the changes.
Note: ReferralCandy only charges the success fee on the first three (3) purchases that a referred friend makes through a referral link. Learn more
