ReferralCandy Boost is a paid add-on. Visit the signup page in the web app or Shopify app to subscribe.
With the ReferralCandy Boost add-on, Shopify merchants have access to a dashboard that shows reports and insights about the performance of your affiliate campaign.
Affiliate campaign dashboard (Shopify)
To view the affiliate campaign dashboard, from Shopify admin go to Campaigns > Select your affiliate campaign. Here are the reports you'll see on the dashboard:
Content to Conversion Funnel (Beta) - Shows reports on referral sales generated by affiliates since the campaign started:
Social content views - The number of times that the social content posted by your affiliates has been viewed by their followers. Learn more
Brand impact - Shows reports on brand mentions by affiliates across social networking platforms.
Store visits - (Unique) The number of visits to your store that came from your affiliates' referral links.
Referrals made - The total number of referred purchases made through your affiliates.
Revenue generated - The total amount of sales generated by your affiliates through their referral links.
Commissions paid - The total amount of commissions or cash rewards paid to your affiliates who made successful referrals. This data is refreshed every 24 hours.
Affiliates - The total number of enrolled or approved affiliates participating in your campaign. This data is refreshed every 24 hours.
Affiliates pending approval - For curated campaigns, this is the total number of affiliates who signed up for your affiliate program and are awaiting approval. Click Manage applications to review and approve affiliate signups.
Note: The affiliate dashboard shows only reports on the campaign level. To see reports about the performance of all the campaigns in your account, read Viewing and exporting reports.
Social content views
Affiliate programs rely on your affiliates sharing your store with their friends through social networking channels. The Content to Conversion Funnel (Beta) metric uses data from your affiliate's public social accounts to track mentions, engagement, and reports that impact your referral sales.
Brand impact
In the Social content views section, click View brand impact to see reports on brand mentions by affiliates across social networking platforms, such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You can filter the page to show reports on specific dates and campaigns. Below are the reports available on the page:
Post Preview - A preview of the post that mentions your store. Hover on the item to see a text preview, or click the item to preview the entire post.
Platform - The social networking app or site where the post was created.
Engagement - Reports such as views, likes, comments, and shares.
Store Visits - The number of visits to your store site through the link shared by the affiliate in the social media post.
Date Posted - Shows the time since the post was created.
Missing social accounts
If your affiliates don't have at least one social account associated with their profile, you'll see the Some affiliates are missing social media profiles warning on the Brand Impact page. To add an affiliate's social media account:
In the Social content views report, click View brand impact.
Click Complete profiles in the section above the brand impact reports. This expands to show contacts with Missing social account profiles.
Click Complete profile for the profile you'd like to update.
A popup form appears. Add your contact's social accounts on the following:
Instagram
TikTok
Facebook
YouTube
Others
Click Start tracking social ROI to complete.
