If you're using the Shopify Buy Button for your store checkout, you can connect your store to ReferralCandy to manage your referral program.
Note: The coupon reward for the friend offer is required for a Shopify integration via the Shopify Buy Button. Other reward types are not supported by this integration.
Using Shopify Buy Button with ReferralCandy
Set up ReferralCandy
Install the ReferralCandy app to your Shopify store and sign up for a subscription if you haven't yet.
Once installed, go to the Referral Candy app > Campaigns > Select your campaign. In the Set rewards section, click Friend offer.
Select and set up the Coupon reward. Wait for the changes to save.
By default, your ReferralCandy URL defaults to your Shopify store's Store URL on your Account > Store details page. The store URL follows the format <storename>.myshopify.com.
Note: If you're unable to change your ReferralCandy URL to a non-Shopify URL where your Shopify Buy Buttons are hosted, please contact us to have it manually updated.
