The ReferralCandy dashboard provides many options for customizing the text and styling of your referral campaign emails and pages.
Set the branding
On the dashboard, go to Campaigns > Select your campaign.
Go to Emails & Pages.
Find your theme and click Edit.
Go to the Branding tab.
On this tab, you can customize the following:
Logo - Upload in JPG or PNG format, with maximum file size of 10 MB. The recommended dimensions for the logo is 280px (width) and 140px (height). If it exceeds either, the logo is resized to a max width of 300px and a max height of 100px.
Banner - Upload in JPG or PNG format, with a maximum file size of 10 MB. The recommended dimensions for the banner image is 1400px by 500px.
Primary Color - Input a HEX color code to set a primary color.
Favicon - Upload a maximum of 192px square image in ICO, PNG, GIF, JPG or, SVG format. This appears as the website or tab icon in a user's browser when they view a page about the campaign.
Font - Select a custom font for your emails and pages.
Edit the content of emails & pages
Customize the subject line and body of your referral emails and pages. You can also edit campaign-specific elements such as the offer text, portal link text, and call-to-action buttons.
On the dashboard, go to Campaigns > Select your campaign.
Go to Emails & Pages.
Find your theme and click Edit.
Go to the Content tab.
You can edit the text of the following core referral emails on this page:
Post-Enrollment Email (Invite Email)
Join Page
Reminder Email
Win-back Email
Once you're done customizing the content of your emails & pages, you can preview the content and its usability on both desktop and mobile. For emails, you can send a test email to your email address to see how the email would look like from someone's mailbox.
Edit all text
If you want to change the entire content of all available emails, pages and widgets, scroll down to the bottom of the left-side panel and click:
View All Content - Lets you view more content such as the invite, engagement and notification emails, and Advocate account pages.
Edit All Text - Lets you edit all the text in your emails, pages and widgets.
Enter Developer Mode - Lets you edit the HTML code of your emails, pages, and widgets. Learn more
