You can get a list of your customers including their names, email addresses, and details about their referral activities in the CSV file format.
Download your contacts list
When you export your contact list, ReferralCandy sends an email that contains the exported CSV file to your admin email address. The email may take up to 30 minutes to process, and the download link expires in 6 hours upon receipt.
You can open the CSV file using any spreadsheet software. This is what the exported CSV file would look like:
There are 2 ways you can export a list of your contacts. You may export either from the Contacts page or within a campaign's Advocates or Affiliates page.
Export from the "Contacts" page
From Shopify admin, go to Contacts.
Click Export in the upper-right corner.
Select the campaign from the dropdown list.
Click Export.
Export within a campaign
From Shopify admin, go to Campaigns > Select your campaign.
In the Get Started section, go to Advocates for refer-a-friend campaigns, or Affiliates for affiliate campaigns.
In the upper-left corner, click Export.
Once exported, the link to the exported CSV file will be sent to your registered admin email address. The download link expires in 6 hours upon receipt. Exports are limited to 10,000 contacts per batch.
Note: If you have a high-volume customer database, you may experience a delay in receiving the complete list of your customers. Please allow up to 24 hours.
