Where to find your affiliate campaign analytics
In your Shopify admin, go to Apps → ReferralCandy.
Click Affiliate campaigns.
Select the affiliate campaign you want to review.
Use:
Overview for a quick snapshot of campaign health
View detailed analytics for deeper reporting and filters
Overview tab: campaign snapshot
The Overview tab gives you a quick view of your affiliate campaign’s health, including:
Revenue — sales attributed to this affiliate campaign
Commissions paid — total commissions paid out to affiliates
Conversion rate — how effectively affiliate traffic turns into conversions
Active affiliates — how many affiliates are currently active in the campaign
You’ll also see shortcuts for common actions (for example: reward settings, enabled emails/widgets, and content/theme settings). These don’t change your analytics—but they can explain why a campaign is performing the way it is (e.g., which emails or widgets are enabled).
Tip: If you want to analyze performance over a specific time range (e.g., last 30 days), use View detailed analytics.
View detailed analytics: deeper reporting (recommended)
From the Overview tab, click View detailed analytics.
At the top of the Analytics page, use the filters to control what you’re viewing:
Date range (e.g., Last 30 days)
Campaign selector (choose a specific affiliate campaign, or select All Affiliate Campaigns)
Revenue section
The Revenue section summarizes financial performance for the selected filters, including:
Affiliate revenue
Total commissions paid
Commissions pending
Net affiliate profit (a quick view of revenue vs commissions)
Conversions section
This section focuses on affiliate traffic and outcomes:
Link clicks
Conversion rate
Conversions (shown in a trend chart)
Affiliates section
This section helps you understand affiliate participation and momentum:
Active affiliates
Inactive affiliates
Total enrolled affiliates
Active rate
New affiliate sign-ups (trend chart)
You may also see:
Top Affiliates (with an Export option)
Traffic by location (where campaign traffic is coming from)
Brand Lift tab
If your campaign has the Brand Lift tab, it shows how affiliate content contributes to store activity.
You’ll typically see a funnel-style view of:
Social content views
Store visits
Referrals made
Revenue generated
Brand Lift may also highlight a Top performing post and include summary scores (for example: brand lift and audience reaction).
If you want to review specific posts and their engagement, use the button on this page (for example: View affiliate posts) and drill into the details available there.
Other tabs (quick notes)
Affiliates — a list of affiliates in the campaign, with search and export options.
Commissions — a payout view grouped by commission status (e.g., Pending / Processing / Paid / Failed), depending on what’s available for your campaign.
