Change the "Sent From" email address for my Referral Campaign emails

Changing the "Sent From" email address will affect all emails sent by ReferralCandy on your behalf to your Advocates for your referral campaign. This includes referral emails, reminder emails, and reward emails for your referral campaign.

*Note that a verification email will be sent to the new 'Sent from' email address after changes are saved. You'll have to follow instructions to verify the 'Sent from' email address before it can be used. 

If you are on the updated dashboard (how can I tell?):

  1. Go to the Store Settings section of your dashboard

  2. Under "Sender Email", enter the email address that you would like your campaign emails to be sent from

  3. Click the blue check button to save your changes

If you are on the previous dashboard (how can I tell?):

  1. Go to the Email & Pages section of your dashboard

  2. Click the 'Referral Email' tab

  3. Go to the 'Sent from' row in the tab, and click the email address that is currently set

  4. An input box will appear. Change the email address in the input box

  5. Click the blue check button to save your changes*
