With regard to the mechanics of setting up and running your referral program on ReferralCandy, there's no real difference whether you are B2C or B2B. The key consideration here is whether you're able to carry out the following steps (as per our Email Integration):
- Forward/BCC invoice emails to ReferralCandy immediately after each purchase with relevant transaction information.
- Add a referral tracking code on your purchase completed page.
Generally, you'll need to have an online checkout process in order to use ReferralCandy to run a referral program. If you're able to do these 2 steps, you can use ReferralCandy.
