Can I mark a referred purchase as invalid or cancelled after the review period is over?

Unfortunately, you aren't able to mark a referred purchase as invalid or cancelled after the review period is over through the ReferralCandy dashboard. 

Our engineers will still be able to do so through our backend system but we will not be able to recall any rewards that have already been issued.

So, if you'd like to do so, please contact us via the in-app contact us form with the following information - 
  1. Reason why the referred purchase needs to be removed:
  2. Email address of referred friend who made the referred purchase: 
  3. Date / Time of the referred purchase: 
  4. Email address of advocate whom the referred purchase was credited to: 
  5. Amount of the referred purchase:
