Can I run multiple campaigns for a single store?

We do not currently support multiple campaigns within a single ReferralCandy account as this is the best way to ensure that each campaign is able to operate fully independently of each other. This way, any disruption to one campaign will not affect any other that you are also operating. 

However, you can run multiple campaigns for a single store if you set up one (1) ReferralCandy account for each campaign.

NOTE:
WooCommerce
retailers: Unfortunately, multiple ReferralCandy accounts for the same WooCommerce store are not possible at this point in time. We're sorry for the inconvenience and are looking to find a solution.
Shopify retailers: Please get in touch with our Support Team if you wish to register another ReferralCandy account for the same Shopify store.


To do this, the Store URL field for each campaign needs to be unique (i.e. different from the Store URL of the first campaign). As the system compares the URLs as strings, an example that would work is as follows:
  • 1st Store URL: www.acmetoys.com
  • 2nd Store URL: www.acmetoys.com/
Online Businesses often do this to run a Referral Program campaign in parallel with an Affiliate Program campaign (both from ReferralCandy) where each campaign offers different incentives to different target users.
