We recently released an upgrade (Fall 2015) to our retailer dashboard in conjunction with our new templating feature that makes it easier for retailers to create more captivating campaign emails & pages that more closely match their brand.
The easiest way to tell if you are using the updated dashboard is if the panel on the left of dashboard looks like the image below when you select Configure > Campaign Status:
The previous dashboard has an option "Emails & Pages" that has since been expanded.
The updated dashboard includes the expanded options such as "Theme", "Campaign Settings" and "Store Settings".
