Reset / Forgot my Password (Advocate)

To reset the password for your Advocate Rewards Page (where you track your rewards for the referral program for a particular store), please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to your Advocate Join Page (the URL is http://example.referralcandy.com, where example can be found your Referral Link and is specific to the Advocate Portal of the store that you are trying to access >> e.g. http://example.refr.cc/john)

  2. Enter the email address that you previously used to register for the referral program in the field provided (e.g. the email address you used to make a purchase from this store)

  3. Click the "Submit" button

  4. Click the "Track your rewards" link on the top right*

  5. Click the "Forgot password?" link next to the "Login" button

  6. Enter the email address that you used in step 2 

  7. An email will be sent to you with instructions on how to reset your password​

*Note: If you do not see the "Forgot password?" link in step 5 and see a "Create new account" button instead, this is because you have entered an email address that has not been registered with this store's referral program. Please go back to step 1 and enter the correct email address that was previously registered. Alternatively, you can register and create a new account by using a new email address.
